Graduation

Applicants for graduation must submit their theses to the graduate school by the date indicated on the transcript and should begin the process within the department well in advance of the deadline.

If you wish to extend the deadline for submission, please submit a Request for Extension of Scholarship Period  (Word) if you are eligible for a scholarship or via the portal (if you are ineligible for a scholarship) and attach the “Request for Extension of the Thesis Submission Date” form and a letter. In both instances, the document should include your advisor’s signature.
